THE SIMPLEST FRIED RICE BUT IT TASTE AWE-MA-ZINGGG


Heyyy, it's me here.
Today I'm gonna teach you guys how to make the simplest fried rice you had ever make.
I mean like who doesn't like fried rice?!?!
For those who had screw their first time cooking fried rice. It's okay, I'm here. Haha. So pay attention!


Fried Rice 

This fried rice is for 2 person:


Ingredients:

- Cooked rice (cool it down after cooking the rice. You also can put it in a fridge for a couple hour until it's cold.Not frozen. Because if we fried the rice when it's still hot, it will get soggy. And we don't want a soggy fried rice. Euwww. 1 to 2 cup of rice)

- Onion  ( 1 )

- Garlic  ( 2 )

- Bird's eyes chilli ( it depends on you. If you are    not a fan of spicy just put 2 or 3 in it. Or 1.... if you really hate it. it. But for me I'll put around 4 or 5.)

- Dried anchovies ( anchovies powder. Is that even exist??? But don't bother about it if you don't have it. )

- Ginger ( 1 cm)

- Egg ( you can make a sunny side egg or you can fried it together with the rice later)

- Any kind of greens. ( not salad okay. I mean frozen veggies like carrot and peas. Or fresh veggies like carrot and cabbages.)

- Any kind of meat ( chicken, beef, prawn, squid)

- Salt


IT'S COOKING TIME!

1. Diced the onion, garlic, chilli, and ginger nicely. Or you could just dump all of 'em in the blender. And mix it all togethaaaaa. If it's hard to blend it. Just put a lil bit of water.

2. Put about 3 to 4 spoon vegetable oil on a hot pan. And when the oil is hot. Pour the mix in the pan.Make sure your pan is not to small. Use a wok if you have.

3. Stir 'em up like a pro and be careful not to let 'em burn. Since they just need 2 to 3 minutes only. And use medium to high temperature.

4. Put any kind of meat you want. Chicken, beef, or veggies in the pan.

5. Cooked it until they nicely cooked. Wait what. It takes about 3 to 4 minutes. Make sure it doesn't burn.

6. Put rice in it. Make sure you already seperate the rice using spoon so they don't stick together like a block of ice.

7. Fried it with high heat. And lastly put salt. Just 1 to 2 teaspoon. Taste it. If it tasteless. Put more salt.

8. Mix it until it well coated. Next break an egg in it. Or cooked a sunny side egg on a different pan.

9. Serve it while it's still hot!
